๐Ÿšš JunoStride Return & Refund Policy

At JunoStride, we partner with global fulfillment networks and dropshippers (e.g., Syncee and ZAP) to deliver quality products to your doorstep. As a storefront operating through Shopify, JunoStride does not stock or ship items directly. Instead, returns and refunds are handled in coordination with the original dropshipping supplier.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging

  • A valid order confirmation or receipt is required


๐Ÿ” How Returns Work

JunoStride facilitates returns by coordinating with the dropshipper who fulfilled your order. We do not process or receive physical returns. Instead:

  1. Contact us at sajesh1683@gmail.com with your order details

  2. If your return is approved, you will receive:

    • A return shipping label

    • The correct return address for the dropshipper's warehouse

  3. Returns must not be sent to JunoStride directly. Unapproved or misrouted returns will not be refunded.


โŒ Non-Returnable Items

Our fulfillment partners do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids)

  • Gift cards or products marked as Final Sale

Please contact us before placing an order if you have questions about item eligibility.


โš ๏ธ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us at sajesh1683@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will escalate your issue to the dropshipping partner and ensure it is resolvedโ€”either via a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.


๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible), and place a new order separately.


๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ EU Right to Cancel

If your delivery is within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.


๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved by the dropshipper:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank and credit card processing times may vary

Please note that all orders placed through www.junostride.shop are processed using the Shopify platform. Fulfillment, logistics, and return decisions are managed by third-party dropshipping partners via apps like Syncee, ZAP, or others. We rely on these partners for physical return handling, inventory verification, and refund approvals.
