Welcome to JunoStride. We are a curated storefront that facilitates the sale of premium sports and lifestyle products via third-party fulfillment partners, including ZAP Sports, Valaya Corporation, and Syncee-integrated vendors.

By accessing or purchasing from www.junostride.shop (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), as well as any additional policies, notices, or disclaimers referenced herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

🧭 1. Role of JunoStride

JunoStride is an individual-owned e-commerce storefront operated through Shopify, offering products that are sourced, stocked, and shipped directly by independent third-party vendors. JunoStride does not manufacture, warehouse, or deliver items directly. Our role is to facilitate product discovery, purchasing, and customer communication.

We currently work with vendors including but not limited to:

  • ZAP Sports and Valaya Corporation

  • Suppliers integrated via Syncee or similar dropshipping platforms

These vendors are responsible for:

  • Order fulfillment and delivery timelines

  • Returns, exchanges, and warranty processing

  • Product accuracy, quality, and stock availability

🛍️ 2. Vendor Terms and Conditions

When you place an order on JunoStride that is fulfilled by a third-party dropshipping partner (such as ZAP), you also agree to the terms and policies of that vendor, including:

JunoStride cannot alter, override, or negotiate the terms set by vendors. All vendor-specific policies apply to your order.

📦 3. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

All shipping, returns, and refunds are handled by the vendor or fulfillment partner. JunoStride assists in coordinating these requests but does not accept physical returns.

To initiate a return:

  • Contact sajesh1683@gmail.com with your order ID and issue details

  • We will liaise with the vendor to get return instructions and labels

Items must be:

  • Unused, in original packaging, with tags intact

  • Returned within the vendor's eligible return window (typically 30 days)

🧾 4. Payments

All payments on JunoStride are processed via secure third-party gateways like Shopify Payments or Razorpay. JunoStride does not store or access your payment credentials.

By placing an order, you:

  • Confirm that all information is accurate and authorized

  • Agree that payment disputes must be handled through your bank or provider

JunoStride is your primary point of contact for order-related communication, including status updates, return coordination, and product inquiries.

🚨 6. Product Disclaimers & Limitations

We do our best to ensure accuracy across all product listings, but we do not warrant that:

  • All product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free

  • Products will meet your specific expectations or intended use

  • Delivery times will be guaranteed, especially during high demand

Responsibility for all product claims lies with the original vendor or manufacturer.

You may not use the Site for:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity

  • Attempting to bypass platform restrictions

  • Scraping or reproducing content without written permission

  • Transmitting malware or spam

We reserve the right to terminate your access if misuse is detected.

JunoStride collects limited personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, primarily to:

  • Process transactions

  • Fulfill orders via vendors

  • Enable communications and analytics

Your data may be shared with Shopify, Syncee, ZAP, or other integrated apps strictly to operate the Site and fulfill your orders.

⚖️ 9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be brought before the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless otherwise stated by the vendor.

JunoStride reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
