🚚 Shipping Policy – JunoStride

At JunoStride, our goal is to make high-quality sports gear easily accessible to athletes worldwide. We operate as a Shopify-powered storefront and collaborate with trusted third-party vendors and dropshippers such as ZAP Sports, Valaya Corporation, and Syncee-integrated suppliers to fulfill your orders.


πŸ“¦ Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Shipping Cost: We offer free shipping across India on most items unless specified otherwise.

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, but may vary based on the fulfillment partner's timelines.

  • Delivery Partners: Orders fulfilled by our partners are shipped using reliable courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, etc.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can also access order status via the My Account section on our site.

⏱ Note: JunoStride does not handle shipping directly and relies on vendors to dispatch items. Delays may occur due to vendor-side logistics or local courier conditions.


🌍 International Shipping

  • Availability: Yes, we support international shipping via our partner dropshipper network.

  • Courier Partners: Most international shipments are fulfilled by carriers like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or their local affiliates.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and cart weight.

  • Estimated Delivery: Generally takes 7–12 business days, depending on the location and vendor processing time.

  • Customs & Duties: Any import taxes, VAT, or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer and not included in our pricing.


🎨 Customized Products

Some items offer customization options (e.g., name engraving, grip type).

  • Production Time: Custom products may take up to 1–2 weeks for production before they are shipped.

  • Returns: Customized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive defective or differ from your confirmed specification.

  • Errors in Customization: If a confirmed customization request was not honored, we will coordinate a replacement with the vendor after verification.


❌ Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Once the order has been processed by the vendor and marked as shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

🚫 Refused Deliveries, Incorrect Address, or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a shipment is refused, returned due to incorrect address, or remains undeliverable, it may be returned to the vendor’s facility.

  • In such cases, re-shipping fees or handling charges may apply.

  • Always ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched by the dropshipper.

If you placed an order for a JunoStride product via a third-party marketplace (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart):

  • Fulfillment and delivery are managed by the marketplace and its vendors, not JunoStride.

  • For delivery or logistics-related queries, please contact the respective marketplace support.
